Your Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Dr. Jennifer Vohra

A certified doctor of physical therapy with advanced training and certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation and obstetric physical therapy (through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and Academy Of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, also referred as APTA).

My background is unique with over 12 years of being a physical Therapist. My passion for the pelvic floor therapy fits perfectly to help pregnant-postpartum and pelvic floor dysfunction clients. I have taken extensive post-graduate education to enhance my knowledge.

In 2021, I founded Bloom Pelvic Health and wellness to help as many as possible by educating about the pelvic issues that are part of our body, decreasing stigma and to seek help to heal your pelvic and private part related issues. I offer a safe and holistic way to achieve a healthy pelvic floor and core.

My personal experience of labor made me realise the importance of pregnancy and postpartum care. I felt there are many more like me who need education and assistance. I am on a mission to help as many people to overcome this phase.

In connection with the particulars of my practice…

You merit undivided focus. When choosing to partner with me, I commit all my resources to ensure an optimal experience. This encompasses in-depth evaluations (60 minutes) and follow up (60 minutes), coupled with continuous communication between appointments.

My practice functions independently of network affiliations, and I’m delighted to provide superbills for insurance reimbursement.

Bloom Pelvic Health and Wellness has spent years walking alongside women and men across Chelmsford and the surrounding Massachusetts communities as they work through pelvic health concerns that too often go unspoken. Every visit here happens one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has advanced training in pelvic rehabilitation, so you’re never rushed and never bounced between providers.

We treat pelvic pain and painful intercourse, urinary incontinence and bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti, along with endometriosis pain support and pelvic floor concerns connected to menopause. A large part of the practice is built around prenatal pelvic floor therapy and postpartum recovery, helping people move through pregnancy, birth, and the months after with less pain and more confidence in their bodies.

Care starts with a conversation. Time is taken to understand your history and your goals before building a plan around hands-on techniques like manual therapy and myofascial release, along with breathing and core work that supports lasting change. Because insurance networks often limit how much time a provider can spend with you, this practice has chosen to stay independent so every session can be as thorough as it needs to be.

The goal is simple: help you feel at home in your body again, whether that means returning to exercise, getting through the day without discomfort, or simply feeling less alone in something you’ve been carrying quietly. If any of this sounds familiar, reaching out is the next step.
