Expert Menopause Physical Therapy in Chelmsford, MA
Perimenopause and menopause bring real, physical changes — and you deserve more than just ‘this is normal.’ At Bloom Pelvic Health & Wellness, we offer one-on-one menopause physical therapy with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, helping you address pelvic pain, leaking, vaginal dryness, and joint discomfort so you can move and live with confidence again.
You Shouldn’t Have to Just ‘Push Through’ Menopause
Millions of women are told that leaking, pelvic pain, and uncomfortable sex are simply part of getting older. They’re not. These are treatable conditions — and you deserve real, evidence-based support.
Dismissed by Other Providers
You’ve been told pelvic floor symptoms are ‘just part of menopause.’ You left appointments feeling unheard, without a real plan — and the symptoms kept getting worse.
Rushed, Impersonal Care
Quick visits shared between multiple patients left no room to discuss intimate health concerns. You need time, privacy, and a provider who actually listens.
Symptoms That Hold You Back
Whether it’s leaking during a run, pain during intimacy, or aching joints, untreated menopause symptoms can quietly shrink your world. You deserve better than sitting this one out.
Why Chelmsford Women Choose Bloom for Menopause PT
Bloom Pelvic Health & Wellness was built for women who are done settling for generic care. Every session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — no aides, no rushed visits, no shared rooms. We combine hands-on manual therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, breathwork, and progressive corrective exercise to address the root cause of your menopause-related pelvic symptoms. HSA/FSA accepted; superbills provided.
- 60-minute, one-on-one appointments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — every single visit
- Advanced pelvic floor certification through Herman & Wallace and the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
- Judgment-free, stigma-free space to discuss your most personal pelvic health concerns
“Jennifer not only takes the time to understand your situation but goes beyond in educating and training you to avoid triggers. The 1:1 approach with patients — combining therapy with exercise you can do on your own — is a perfect combination you won’t get from big clinics where 1 PT is attending to 4 patients at the same time.“

Your Questions, Answered
Everything you need to know before your first visit to our Chelmsford clinic.
What is menopause physical therapy and how can it help me?
Menopause physical therapy focuses on the physical changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause — including pelvic floor weakening, bladder urgency, pelvic pain, prolapse, painful intercourse, joint pain, and core instability. At Bloom, your Doctor of Physical Therapy uses hands-on manual therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, and progressive corrective exercise to treat the root cause of your symptoms, not just mask them. Many patients report meaningful improvement within their first several weeks of consistent care.
Do you accept insurance, and what does out-of-network mean for me?
Bloom is an out-of-network, independent practice — which means your sessions are never cut short, never shared with other patients, and always led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We accept HSA and FSA payments and provide a detailed superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. A Good Faith Estimate is available on request so you always know the cost of your care upfront. Call us to discuss your options before booking.
What happens during the free discovery call and first appointment?
Your complimentary 30–45 minute discovery phone call is a no-pressure conversation where you can share your symptoms, ask questions, and learn exactly what an evaluation at Bloom looks like. There is no commitment required. If you choose to book, your first appointment is a full 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation including a Functional Movement Assessment and a thorough pelvic floor assessment. From there, we build a personalized care plan around your specific menopause-related goals and health history.
